Who is behind the Sparkling Moments Events?
Sparkling Moments is an event planning agency envisioned by Anna Bazylskaya, a marketing specialist with an entrepreneurial spirit, and Diana Vartanova, an award-winning wedding photographer and journalist.
"Diana and I go way back; we were schoolmates and have remained friends throughout the years. While Diana was building her wedding photography business, I was gaining expertise in various business fields. Life eventually brought us back together, and we realized that by combining our strengths, we could create something truly unique.
