Welcome to Sparkling Moments, an event planning agency envisioned by Anna Bazylskaya, a marketing specialist with an entrepreneurial spirit, and Diana Vartanova, an award-winning wedding photographer and journalist.

"Diana and I go way back; we were schoolmates and have remained friends throughout the years. While Diana was building her wedding photography business, I was gaining expertise in various business fields. Life eventually brought us back together, and we realized that by combining our strengths, we could create something truly unique. Today, our diverse team comprises over 30 professionals from across Europe. Our roster includes wedding experts with extensive industry experience, from planners, stylists, and makeup artists to chefs, confectioners, florists, decorators, videographers, photographers, and beyond. With a high rate of returning clients and hundreds of happy customers, we've successfully executed events in numerous destinations, each with its own distinctive concept and creative flair.
