Here’s where our South African safari vision begins to take shape.
This page is dedicated to sharing the creative concept we would love to bring to life at Aquila Private Game Reserve as part of our first South African Retreat. Together with Anika, founder of Papier Handmade, and our lead photographer Diana Vartanova, founder of Still Miracle and co-founder of Sparkling Moments, we envision creating an extraordinary wedding editorial inspired by the wild beauty and landscapes of Aquila.
Our aim is to combine elevated wedding fashion and styling with the unmistakable atmosphere of the African safari, creating something fresh, unexpected and truly different from a traditional wedding editorial.

The Concept
What will we bring to life at Aquila?
At Aquila, we envision creating two distinct wedding editorial stories, inspired by the extraordinary landscapes and wild beauty of the African safari.
At sunset, we will work with our first professional couple, capturing the warmth, movement and dramatic golden light of the reserve. The following morning, a second couple will take us into a completely different story — a soft and intimate sunrise session surrounded by the stillness of the African wilderness.
With elevated wedding fashion and carefully curated styling, our aim is to create two unique visual stories that feel fresh, adventurous and unlike anything found in a traditional wedding setting.
